Authorship Policy
Authorship Policy:
The journal adopts clear and fair principles to determine who is entitled to be listed as an author in a research work. This is within the framework of promoting academic integrity and ensuring transparency in attributing scientific contributions, in accordance with the principles and rules governing the inclusion of researchers' names in the list of published research.
This policy aims to define the criteria under which the title "author" is granted and to clarify the responsibilities that arise from this.
Authorship Conditions:
An individual is considered eligible to be listed as an author if they meet all of the following conditions:
1. Active participation in the design of the study, data collection, or analysis and interpretation of the results.
2. Contribution to the writing or critical review of the research in a manner that adds scientific value.
3. Final approval of the version submitted for publication.
4. Shared responsibility for the accuracy and overall content of the work.
Performing administrative tasks, collecting data alone, or assisting with funding is not sufficient for an individual to be considered an author unless these contributions are coupled with clear scientific contributions, as mentioned above.
Author Order:
The order of authors is left to the research group itself and should reflect the significant scientific contribution of each individual. The journal does not interfere in determining the order, but requires that it be agreed upon by all authors before submitting the manuscript.
Responsible Author:
One author is designated as the official contact person with the journal. They are responsible for following up on the publication process, ensuring that all authors agree on the content of the manuscript and any necessary amendments, as well as handling inquiries after publication.
Changing Authors After Submission:
Authors may not be added, deleted, or their order changed after submission, except in exceptional and justified cases, and with the written consent of all concerned authors. A formal, signed request explaining the reason for the change must be submitted.
Individual Contributions:
The journal encourages the clarification of each author's individual contributions in the appropriate section, to achieve greater transparency and highlight the role of each contributor in the work.
Disputes Related to Authorship:
In the event of disagreement between authors regarding contributions or order, the matter should be referred to the academic institution to which the authors belong. The magazine does not interfere in the settlement of internal disputes, but rather abides by the decisions of the relevant authority.
