Scientific Evaluation
The journal's editorial committee conducts an initial review of each research submitted for publication, according to a set of basic criteria aimed at ensuring scientific quality and adherence to research ethics. After passing this initial stage, the research is referred to two specialized reviewers for scientific evaluation. The initial evaluation criteria include:
• Originality and novelty of the research.
• Scientific merit and reliability in presentation and analysis.
• The research's contribution to enriching knowledge and providing qualitative additions to the field of specialization.
• Compliance with academic ethics and scientific publishing.
• Adherence to publication instructions and article preparation requirements as stated in the Author's Guide.
• Accuracy of documentation and approved scientific references.
• Language integrity, including spelling, grammar, and clarity of style.
Evaluation Process Timeline
• Acknowledgment of receipt: The researcher will be notified immediately upon receipt of the research by the journal.
• Reviewer's decision: The researcher will be notified of the evaluation result (acceptance, rejection, or request for modification) within a maximum period of two months from the date of submission.
• Official Notification: The decision will be issued via an official letter containing the recommendations of the referees' committee.
• Editing: The editorial committee reserves the right to make editorial changes to the manuscript to align with the journal's style, without compromising the content of the research or consulting the researcher.

• Publication Languages: The journal accepts and publishes research in both Arabic and English.
Final Decision and Responsibility of the Editorial Committee
The final decision to accept or reject a research paper rests with the editorial committee, particularly in the event of discrepancies or conflicts in the referees' evaluations. The following criteria will be taken into account when selecting referees:
• They must be specialists in the same field of research or in related fields.
• Those with a conflict of interest with the researchers must be avoided.
• The referee must have the necessary competence and experience to provide an accurate scientific evaluation.
• The referee must adhere to the deadline and quality of the referee report, in accordance with the journal's standards.
