Author Guidelines
Topics accepted for publication in the journal must adhere to the following rules and conditions:
1. Research and Studies: Research and studies submitted for publication in the journal must meet the following requirements:
1. Originality of the research ideas and topic, and that it has not been previously published or submitted for publication in another journal, nor has it been part of a master's thesis or doctoral dissertation.
2. Soundness of the scientific methodology used in the research.
3. Soundness of the research language, clarity of ideas, and coherence.
4. References: When documenting, the research sources and references are referenced with serial numbers according to the order in which they appear. This is also the case in the list of sources and references. The researcher must adhere to the following method:
1. In the case of books, the author's full name, book title, place of publication, year of publication, and page number(s) are provided.
2. In the case of research or articles published in specialized journals, the author's full name, the name of the journal, issue number, date of publication, and page number(s) of the article or research are provided.
3. If the quotation is indirect, the original source is provided.
4. Footnotes: Footnotes are used only to explain or clarify obscure points that cannot be addressed in the text, or to shed light on them. Each page is numbered independently, and the footnote appears at the bottom of the page.
5. Bibliography: When writing the bibliography, Arabic references should be written first, followed by foreign references. They should include only those relied upon and referred to in the text of the research. Each reference should be arranged alphabetically, and should be written as follows:

2. General and Technical Conditions:
1. The researcher must write his name, academic degree, job title, and employer on the first page of his research, with the necessity of mentioning the title of the research. Correspondence to him, and his phone number, fax number, and email address.
2. Scientific research and studies must be written in Arabic. Submissions in English are also accepted, provided they are accompanied by an Arabic abstract not exceeding 150 words.
3. The number of pages must not exceed 25, including tables, references, and illustrations, including images and drawings. Scientific research and studies must be typed in Microsoft Word and submitted in A4 size, single-spaced, on one side. A copy must be stored on a CD, along with a copy of the researcher's CV.
4. Studies written in Arabic must be written in Times New Roman. Research written in English must be written in Times New Roman. The font size must be as follows:
1. 18-point bold for main headings.
2. 16-point bold for subheadings.
3. 14-point bold for the body.
4. 12-point italic for the abstract.
5. 10 font for footnotes and footnotes.
6. Margins should be as follows:
1. Top and bottom 2.5 cm.
2. Right 3 cm. Left 2.5 cm.
5. Scientific materials submitted for publication in the journal are subject to confidential scientific and linguistic evaluation by specialized professors selected by the editorial board. The journal has the right to request that the author of the scientific material make the amendments received from the reviewers. The journal also has the right to make only formal amendments when necessary, without prior permission from the researcher. The editorial board may also seek the assistance of more than one reviewer when necessary. The researcher will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of the research or its modifications based on the reviewers' reports.
6. A researcher whose scientific work is not accepted for publication has no right to request its withdrawal.
7. The researcher must pledge in writing not to publish the research or study in any other medium until two years have passed from the date of publication.
8. All opinions expressed in the journal are those of their authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the journal or the university.
9. The journal is committed to notifying the author of the receipt of their work and submitting it to the editorial board within two weeks of receipt.
10. The journal will notify the author of the work's suitability for publication within two weeks of receiving the reviewers' responses.
11. The journal will inform the author in which issue their research will be published. The copyright and publication rights of the research are transferred to the journal upon notification of acceptance by the author of the accepted research.
12. Publication of research in the journal's issues is arranged according to purely technical considerations and priority of submission to the journal, and is not related to the importance of the research or the researcher's status.
13. The researcher will receive three copies of the journal issue upon publication of their research or study.
3. Other conditions and instructions:
1. The title of the paper in 18 bold, with the author's name, department, and university.
2. Abstract: (No more than 150 words, size 14, Times New Roman font).
3. Keywords: (No more than 5 words)
4. Introduction: No more than 30 pages, including tables, figures, and images. Font size: 14 - Times New Roman, single-spaced. A4 paper should be used, and margins should be 2.5 cm on the top and bottom, 3 cm on the right, and 2.5 cm on the left.
Figures and tables: Should be centered in the column (tables and figures should be avoided in places that precede the text). (This is in the text itself.) Form No. (1) or Table No. (1) must be used when citing tables and figures in the text. The table title should be placed above the table, in the center, and adjacent to the table. In the figure, the title should be placed below the table, in the center, and adjacent to the figure.
