Peer Review Policy
Peer Review Policy
The journal adheres to editorial standards and the independent evaluation of papers by specialized experts. It is committed to implementing a peer review system as a fundamental measure to ensure the quality and accuracy of scientific content prior to publication. Peer review is an effective tool for evaluating research by experts in the same field, contributing to improving the quality of scientific research and verifying its originality and suitability for publication.
Adopted Review System:
The journal adopts a confidential double peer review model, where the identities of the authors are not disclosed to the reviewers, nor the identities of the reviewers to the authors, to ensure the impartiality and integrity of the evaluation.
Steps of the Review Process:
1. Initial Evaluation: After receiving the research, the editorial board initially reviews it to ensure its compliance with the journal's scope and general publication conditions.
2. Submission to Reviewers: If the initial evaluation is successful, the research is referred to at least two referees specialized in the field of study.
3. Objective Scientific Evaluation: The reviewers carefully analyze the research methodology, validity of the results, originality of the ideas, quality of presentation, and extent of scientific contribution.
4. Submitting Recommendations: Each reviewer issues one of the following recommendations: acceptance without modification, acceptance with minor modifications, conditional acceptance with substantial modifications, or rejection.
5. Final Decision: The editorial board makes the final decision regarding publication based on the reviewers' recommendations and the authors' responses to the requested modifications.
Principles of Review:
• Confidentiality: All submitted material is treated with strict confidentiality, and no pre-publication use of its content is permitted.
• Impartiality: The journal employs independent and impartial reviewers to ensure that the evaluation is not influenced by any personal or institutional considerations.
• Quality: Reviews are selected based on scientific competence and expertise in the field to ensure accurate and constructive feedback.
Review Ethics:
The journal adheres to ethical standards for research review and encourages reviewers to report any conflicts of interest, suspicions of plagiarism, or duplicate publication. The journal also values the role of reviewers as part of the scientific publishing process and acknowledges their contributions anonymously to preserve the confidentiality of the dual system.
