Abstract

The remarkable development in the means of information and communication technology has affected the areas of social, institutional and educational life in particular. Education in the era of technology has become a more vital commodity and a driving force for the success of any social change. Hence, the connection of technology with education has led to the emergence of modern concepts and terminology in the educational system, and accordingly The purpose of this study is to determine the role of information and communication technology in development education in Libya.
