Publishing Guidlines
Journal Publication Conditions
Submissions accepted for publication in the journal must adhere to the following rules and conditions:
1. Research and Studies
Research and studies submitted for publication in the journal must meet the following requirements:
1.1 Originality of the research ideas and topic, and that it has not been previously published or submitted for publication in another journal, nor has it been part of a master's thesis or doctoral dissertation.
2.1 Integrity of the scientific methodology used in the research.
3.1 Integrity of the research language, clarity of its ideas, and coherence.
4.1 References:
When documenting, references to research sources and references must be numbered sequentially according to the order in which they appear, as well as in the list of sources and references. The researcher must adhere to the following method:
1.4.1 In the case of books: The author's full name, title of the book, place of publication, year of publication, and page number(s) must be included.
2.4.1 For research or articles published in journals: The author's full name, the name of the journal, the issue number, the date of publication, and the page number should be included.
3.4.1 For indirect citations: The original source should be cited.
1.5 Footnotes:
Footnotes should be used to clarify ambiguities. Each page should be numbered independently, and the footnote should appear at the bottom of the page.
1.6 List of References and Sources:
The following should be noted:
• Arabic references should be written first, followed by foreign references.
• Only references that have been relied upon should be included.
• Alphabetical order.
• References should be written as follows:

• Al-Mahdi Ghania, "Principles of Marketing" (Tripoli: The Open University, 2002).

2. General and Technical Conditions
1.2 The researcher must provide his/her name, academic degree, job title, and place of work, along with his/her address, telephone number, fax number, and email address. 2.2 Research must be in Arabic or English, provided that an Arabic abstract not exceeding 150 words is attached.
3.2 The number of pages must not exceed (25) pages, including tables, references, and figures.
4.2 The manuscript must be printed using Microsoft Word, A4 size, single-spaced, and on one side. An electronic copy must be submitted on a CD, along with a curriculum vitae.
5.2 Font Setting:
• Font: Times New Roman.
• Font Size:
◦ Main Headings: 18 bold.
◦ Subheadings: 16 bold.
◦ Body: 14.
◦ Abstract: 12 italics.
◦ ◦ Footnotes and Endnotes: 10.
6.2 Footnotes:
• Top and bottom: 2.5 cm
• Right: 3 cm
• Left: 2.5 cm
7.2 Academic Review:
• Confidential scientific and linguistic evaluation by specialists selected by the editorial board.
• The journal reserves the right to request modifications from the researcher or make formal adjustments when necessary.
• The researcher will be notified of the review results (acceptance, modification, or rejection) within two weeks of the evaluation.
8.2 General Provisions:
• Unaccepted research will not be returned.
• The research may not be published within two years of publication in the journal.
• The opinions express only the authors'.
• The author will be notified within two weeks of receiving the research.
• The author will be notified of the publication date and the allocated issue.
• Copyright will be transferred to the journal upon acceptance.
• Research will be ranked based on technical priority.
• The researcher will receive three copies of the issue in which the research is published.
3. Additional Terms and Instructions: Paper Title: Size 18 bold, with the author's name, department, and university.
1.4 Abstract: No more than 150 words, size 14, Times New Roman.
3.2 Keywords: No more than 5 words.
3.3 Introduction: The research must not exceed 30 pages.
3.4 Font Format: Size 14, Times New Roman, single spacing.
3.5 Use A4 paper, with margins: top and bottom 2.5 cm, right 3 cm, left 2.5 cm.
3.6 Figures and Tables:
• Placed in the center of the column.
• Do not place before reference in the text.
• Table: Title at the top, centered, and adjacent to the table.

4. Submission Requirements

4.4 Numbering and annotation of tables and figures.
5.4 Obtaining permissions to use images, tables, and accompanying materials.

Submit a new request to the Articles section – the default policy for the section.

All personal data (such as names and email addresses) stored on the journal's website is used exclusively for the journal's purposes and is not shared with any other party.
