This study aimed to identify the role of public relations publications in government institutions at the Universities of Benghazi and Ajdabiya, as this study is a quantitative study based on survey studies as one of the most important branches of the descriptive approach. The researcher used (the survey practice method) where the study community consists of all permanent faculty members cooperating in the Department of Public Relations and Advertising - Faculty of Media at the Universities of Benghazi and Ajdabiya, with a total number of (63) faculty members. The study used the questionnaire form as a tool for collecting data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The results proved that public relations publications contribute to increasing the public's knowledge of the organization and the services it provides to its audiences, and even contribute to highlighting the role of the organization in terms of social and community responsibility and improving the quality of professional performance of public relations professionals within these institutions.
